Bacon-Wrapped Leftovers

One of my favorite ways to spice up a batch of never-ending leftovers is to wrap it up in bacon. It's pretty easy. Just grab a small bunch of whatever leftovers you have (I seem to have a lot of leftover roast chicken these days...), wrap them up in a piece of uncooked bacon, place them on a non-stick pan on medium to medium-high (no oil needed; the bacon grease is enough), rotate them on the pan as needed, and voila! The leftovers should be reheated and the bacon should be just a little crisp.

  4. 나영아~! Wow, it's so good to hear from you! Your English is so good!!!

That's so awesome that you enjoy cooking. I don't think I started to like cooking until I was in college, so it's kind of cool that you're already enjoying it!

I'm really glad you got to see my parents. I wish I could have been there too! I've been pretty busy over here in Seattle, so I'm sorry that I didn't get back to you earlier.

PLEASE e-mail me with any questions you have about trying to figure out how to start a blog! Feel free to e-mail me whenever you want.

It's SO good to hear from you! Contact me more often, and tell your sister to write me once in a while too! Say hi to your parents and sister for me.

    Miss you guys!
