Tang & Bolster



Anton Ego once said, “I don’t like food. I love food. If I don’t love it, I don’t swallow.” I am not Anton Ego. Though I prefer food that I love, I have no qualms with throwing down 20 McNuggets and a generic plate of fried rice. Just the other day I realized I hate balsamic reductions on vanilla ice cream, but that didn’t stop me from eating every last bite.

I guess what I’m trying to say is that this blog isn’t about criticizing, but about highlighting restaurants and ideas that turn my head, get me excited about food, and encourage me to search for more. I just want to spread the love.

I'm from Los Angeles, CA, I've eaten my way through at least 60 different countries, and I'm currently based in Seattle, WA.

I could drawl on about where I’m from and what I’ve done, but instead of focusing on what I’ve left behind, I’d rather see what lies ahead: a blog that will leave you hungry for more.
